You have 28 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

At Piper & Skye, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your new handbag, please review our return policy below.

Return Period: You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return your handbag. To be eligible for a return, your handbag must be in the same brand-new condition as when you received it. This includes being free of any signs of wear, damage, or alterations.

Manufacturing Defects: We stand by the quality of our products. Returns are accepted only for items with manufacturing defects (Metal parts (in particular: chains, clasps, eyelets, screws, rivets, carabiners, snap hooks, key ring attachments, ring, or chain link, press stud, top or magnet, handles, bag straps, tabs, braided chain, seams, zippers). If you believe your handbag has a manufacturing defect, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

How to Return

Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team within 28 days of your purchase to initiate the return process.

Return Authorization: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Packaging: Ensure your handbag is securely packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. Please include all original tags, accessories, and the purchase receipt.

Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely received.


Once we receive and inspect your returned handbag, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within ~2-4 business days.

Returns that do not meet the above conditions may not be accepted or may incur a restocking fee.

Piper & Skye is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

If you wish to exchange an item, you may contact us at and one of our customer care representatives will help you place a replacement order.  Please note you will be charged for the replacement item and you will be refunded for your return item once received and processed by us.  Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
