You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Your item must be in the original packaging and include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).  Refunds for items received as gifts will be credited to the purchaser’s original form of payment for the price paid less the original shipping charges and, if applicable, pre-paid return shipping charges. You will receive the credit within approximately 7-10 days after the return processing date. Depending on your card issuer's policies, it may take up to 2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly statement.  

If you wish to exchange an item, you may contact us at and one of our customer care representatives will help you place a replacement order.  Please note you will be charged for the replacement item and you will be refunded for your return item once received and processed by us.  Unfortunately, we are unable to waive return shipping fees.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.  If an item is shipped outside the U.S. or Canada, you will also be responsible for paying any applicable import taxes and/or additional shipping charges. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you have any questions on how to return your item to us, you may contact us by e-mailing
